           There are moments in life when something in our professional path no longer feels aligned.

           What once felt exciting or meaningful may slowly begin to feel routine, draining, or disconnected from who you are today. These moments of reflection are more common than we often realize, especially during periods of personal change or new life phases.

           Feeling uncertain about your career direction does not necessarily mean something is wrong. Often, it is simply a signal that something in your life is evolving.

           Questions about work and career are often connected to deeper questions about life itself. You may find yourself asking:

           In our busy professional lives, we rarely take the time to reflect on where we are going and why.

            If you want to look at the greater purpose behind your goals, take some time to see and feel yourself living your dream. For example; write down a description of what your life will look like, sounds like and feel like when you achieve your goals.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Write it as if you’re composing a letter to yourself a year from now (or whatever timeframe you have set for your goal) and you are reflecting on all the amazing aspects of this year.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           This will help set an intention that your mind will seek to fulfill. When writing your vision, include the following for effective visions:

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

             Present Tense | As if it’s happening now, not past or future

            Personal Perspective | In I and Me statements

    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Positive Language | Avoid words like not or don't
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;li&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Passionate   Put your emotion behind it, see it, feel it, hear it
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/ol&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h1&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Create a vision board for goal success with real results
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h1&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Consider as well creating a visual vision board with images (clipped from magazines or printed from online) and words or phrases that capture where you want to see yourself in a year.

           The key to a vision board is that looking at it should help you really feel the way your outcomes will feel— and making it real and motivating in the present, now.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Reaching for goals requires action. Follow these 5 powerful steps for real results
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           1) Decide what you really want

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Without a significant plan or goal, your life will unfold by default. You'll experience the same old routines and allow the outside world, such as your spouse, family, friends and society to influence your path. Allow yourself to specify your desires and dreams, without giving away your power.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           2) Believe you can achieve it

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Many people hold themselves back from the goals they really want because they believe they can't have their true desires. Or they already made a choice before and it didn't worked out. Did you know people don’t reach for their goals, or even try, out of fear of change, fear of success or (another) failure?

           We often feel that we have to make drastic changes in order to have long-term effects, but it’s the small changes that will lead to great success. In both life and business. I'll give you 2 tips for using small changes to create big results.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           Change your routine
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            What are some of the daily routines you have in your life? This can be your morning ritual or the time you go to bed. This can be things such as where you brainstorm, in what room in the house you work on yourself or your goals, or what you do to get you in the right mind state.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            A lot of research has concluded that small changes in environment and patterns can create a burst of fresh thinking and increase motivation and drive. If we change our routine, we disrupt the associations and patterns in our brains, which snap the brain out of its box and stimulates creativity.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Consider going for a walk or thinking about your goals while in nature. Or perhaps begin a routine of exercising in the morning or doing a gratitude journal before bed.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           The 10-minutes rule
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Another example to create small changes is committing to dedicate 10 minutes to a particular aspect of your goal that you don't enjoy or have resistance to.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            This can be powerful because what tends to happen is that you're much more productive in those 10 minutes because you know you can quit after a short period, which releases tension and creates a place that allows inspiration to seep in.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Commit to yourself and get started!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           The 10 minute rule is a great tool to fight procrastination. Dedicating 10 minutes gets you started and by doing this you may find that you dedicate more than the original 10 minutes because you have gotten the ball rolling.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           But again, the simple reason this works is because when the brain perceives the option to be able to stop in a short period, it allows the brain to stop resisting.

           The common change cycle looks like this: we want to make a difference, but get stuck repeating the same behaviors over and over again. This is because most people find it a difficult process - especially when they have well intentioned goals in mind that are not being achieved due to their inability or unwillingness (due lack of knowledge) on how exactly those changes can be brought about within oneself
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Let me explain the 6 reasons why it is called change cycle
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            1) Discontent • You grow increasingly unhappy and discontent with an area of your life and you fear change.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           2) Breaking Point • Eventually your level of discontent builds high enough that you cannot take it anymore.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           3) Decision • You decide you’re ready to change and declare that you will no longer tolerate the undesirable situation.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           4) Fear • Usually, shortly after your feelings of empowerment, you encounter your fear. You become uncomfortable you doubt your decision
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            5) Amnesia • The fear of change grows strong enough that it makes the original situation look much better than you originally thought.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           6) Backtracking • Most people choose to go back to or stick with the item they wished to change. You essentially talk yourself out of your plans to change.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           How to break through the cycle
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           As long as your fear of change takes over the feeling of commitment to make changes, this 6 reason-cycle will continue until 1 or 2 things things happen:
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           1) Extreme circumstances happen (outside world) •
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
             If you don't direct change yourself there will be other breaking points that are severe enough to push you through the change cycle. For many people, unfortunately, it takes an extreme circumstance to push them to evolve, such as financial loss, job loss, loss of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, an accident, or a burnout.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Somehow your 'Higher Self' 'knows' what you truly want and will lead you to it.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           If you resist change long enough, something will happen in your life that will put you in a position where you have no choice but to change.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           2) Raise to your toplevel of Self-Honesty (inner world) •
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            You realise that there’s a part of you that doesn’t really want to change. You are comfortable with your habits and what you know. You have a lot of fear that holds you back and keep listening to your own self-limiting beliefs.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            You receive some sort of benefit from staying where you are. It even seems like you are unhappy because you want to be unhappy. You get addicted to the situation and even start to believe your pain is you; it’s your story.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Only after reaching this level of self-honesty you can truly choose to change and let resistance go.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Are you ready to take responsibility for your life?

            Often we are attracted to a retreat because we can only oversee a certain situation or emotion if we take some time for ourselves. We literally have the need to withdraw from the routine of everyday life.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
